Review: The DKN AM-3 is a great bike, very smooth pedal action, stable to use with a good variety of programs BUT.... The supplied seat is so uncomfortable and hard that a 25min exercise workout almost left me unable to sit for a couple of days. After just 15 minutes the saddle becomes painful! My wife tried the bike with the same result. I contacted both Sweatband (the company I purchased from) and DKN but both refused to substitute the saddle for another, softer one but both refused. We have strapped a cushion over the saddle in an attempt to make the best of the situation but for a £300 bike the situation is unacceptable and this level of customer service is terrible - be warned!
