Review: This was a present for the other half and they are very happy with it. It feels quite sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. It is used on a daily basis so it seems to be holding up. One downside is that there doesn't seem to be an odometer that monitors your progress but that might be somewhere in the manual.

Review: I have given a 2 star rating because of 3 things, each of which deducts a star from the possible 5 star rating. Firstly, although you can enter a couple of peoples details regarding age, height and weight there is no way to keep this data once the bike is unplugged from the mains. This means you have to go through the whole process of re entering this information every time you use the bike unless that is you keep it plugged in.I did get in contact with Viavito but they did say this is the only way to keep the data. This day and age i belief the less electric we all use no matter how small is better for everyone. So to that end surely an internal battery back up could of been designed into the electronics of the bike, even if it were a small battery that the customer had to buy and refresh every year or so. Secondly, after only 4 months of use the bolt that is tightened and holds the handlebars to the front upright sheared off. I had to drill the bolt out, replace it with my own bolt and am now left with a solution that i have to use a spanner to tighten the handlebars up in positions when myself and my wife use the bike. Thirdly, on contacting Viavito informing them of the sheared bolt i have, nearly a month on, received no reply from Viavito. This leads me to belief that once they have sold the bike they are not interested if something fails.Customer support is non existent. We bought the bike on the back of the reviews that we saw but now wish we hadn't.We could of saved some money and bought something cheaper. We do understand that sometimes things that we buy will develop or throw up a fault or failure and when this happens the guarantee that accompanies the bike should cover this.In this instance we have been ignored by Viavito. The difference between a good company and bad company in my opinion is the way it deals with these faults and failures and so far Viavito is turning out to be a bad company to deal with.
