POWER RACK - The Force USA Power Rack comes with J Hooks to rest your barbell and Front Safeties. The Front Safeties have a dual purpose. They are an additional safety feature to catch the bar in case of an accident but they can also be used for holding your barbell for heavy partial deadlifts, shrugs and upright rows. Both these components can be adjusted to any height position by inserting them into any of the 50 different numbered adjustment points, which allows for any size user to do a huge range of barbell exercises without a spotter. Both the J Hooks and Front Safeties come with a polymer coating to protect the barbell knurling. FUNCTIONAL TRAINER - A Functional Trainer is basically a cable machine that allows you to train your muscles in all directions replicating everyday movements and sport specific movements. Two pulleys are placed on either side of the frame with 20 height positions which allows you to perform 75 different exercises including shoulder, arms, chest, back, core and leg exercises. The cable movement is smooth and fluid and comes with a range of accessories.
