SMITH MACHINE - A Smith Machine allows you to safely workout with free weights without a training partner. The Power Rack includes high-end quality J Hooks and Front Safeties with a polymer coating to protect your barbell knurling. The front safety arms are ideal for holding your barbell for heavy partial deadlifts, shrugs or upright rows. The Power Racks Front Safety and J Hooks weight capacity is an impressive 400kg FUNCTIONAL TRAINER - Stack your free weight plates onto the functional trainers unicorn plate holders and you now have a whole new range of exercise options. The Force USA Monster G3 Functional Trainer offers 22 pulley height adjustments. The pulleys also pivot so that you can perform cable exercises from any angle. It allows you to insert an optional Olympic Barbell into a t-ball pivot arm to allow you to do T-bar rowing, torso and rotational training, landmine press, Lumberjack Squat, one arm clean and press and many more.
