Review: At first I was very happy with this trolley but then after only 10 months of very light use the handle that collapses and locks the frame broke. The spring and pin fell out. Amazon said they would issue me a refund but I asked for a replacement. The refund won't cover the cost to buy the same trolley. Amazon refused to replace the trolley, initially stating it's not available (which it is) then basically said they don't have to replace just refund the initial purchase price and I would have to pay the difference to buy the same trolley. Quite how this works that they sell a trolley, that has a 3yr warranty, yet refuse to replace like for like. Waiting to see what Clicgear think of this.
