Review: I've tried a few protein shakes for after gym sessions and this is the best for my digestive system - I have had mild indigestion with some other brands but this one suits me fine - just be aware we are all different so might not be the same for everyone! It dissolves easily in a shaker and has a pleasant taste with no lingering after taste.

Review: I would say this product is great value for money as you get plenty in the container. I ordered mine quite a few months ago and still have lots left. The strawberry flavour is nice a bit like a milkshake, but it doesn't blend very well into water, leaves lumps of powder so I run my spoon around the edge of the glass to try and crush the remaining balls of powder that haven't dissolved. All in all I would recommend this product as I feel it does aid in post run hydration recovery.
