Review: Whenever I'm in a chemist, or I'm talking to a medical specialist, I ask them what multivitamins they give to their family. I either get, "I don't, we just eat healthily," or, "Solgar Omnium". I've been using these for over 2 years now, after switching from Wellman vits. They really are of an exceptional quality. Unsure how people can claim that they noticed remarkable differences in weeks unless they were dramatically deficient in the first place, and I supplement it with Vit D and Biotin for alround coverage. Works for me.

Review: I didn't realise until after I purchased this product that it contains Titanium Dioxide which is a possible carcinogen. This ingredients safety has been put into question recently in regards to it being in products like skittles. Why add this potentially harmful ingredient? Also you only find this ingredient listed on the bottle, not the ingredient list in the description which is even more deceptive. Stick to the solgar VM products which don't contain this ingredient.
