Review: I am not actually using this as a chain bag but am using it to store a chain splitter, 2 spare inners tubes, 2Nr tyre levers, a small tool kit and a rag on my road bike. If you have a bottle hanger on the seat tube you will not be able to use it as this bag restricts access to take out the bottle. It seems to be well made and does not get in the way of your legs whilst cycling. The straps wrap around the tube and fasten very securely. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend for the items I have stored in it. Would think a chain lock would fit OK providing you do not have the Sold secure gold chains
