Review: Bought this remote for my wife’s new crank-brothers dropper. It was easy to install, and I loved that there was the option to choose where to put it on the bike. It was also easy to find a good angle for my wife’s riding style so she could have easy access to the switch. Plus she loves the color, so it’s great!

Review: Very expensive product that doesn't work. A couple of design flaws ensure this product won't last. Firstly the securing nut on the bottom comes loose. A left handed thread would ensure that operating the lever tightened the nut. As it is, operation loosens the nut to the point where the whole thing moves and the lever doesn't function. Secondly, the body next to the tensioning nut is made of thin aluminium that snaps easily. I've had mine for less than a month and returned for a refund. At fifty percent of the price of a complete dropper post these levers are very expensive and don't work.
