Review: first of all..these are NOT rechargeable...only the top light lit up on mine...in red...both of them...there are no instructions on how to get the rest of the lights to light and the company was extremely NOT helpful. so not only do I now need to return them...but...THEY CHARGE RETURN POSTAGE!! Beware of this company!
