Review: Great piece of kit for securing your trail cam to a tree or other permanent structure. The procedure to attach and lock is quite simple, so simple that you think there must be something else you need to do to secure your camera. Great the way you activate the lock but still able to tighten/adjust the tension on the cable. Some reviewers state that the key broke or couldn't operate the lock efficiently. The key must be pushed in fully (there appear to be 2 key insert depths on my lock). If you only get to the first depth and try to turn the key, it will probably break with force. I at first thought the lock was faulty because of this and almost agreed with the negative comments until I realised that the key wasn't inserted fully. Perhaps it was because it was stiff with 'newness'? Very happy with it and will have full confidence in it when locking my trail cam anywhere!

Review: The sliding lock is rubbish. It was trouble from the start. Four keys came with the order. Only two seemed to fit but this was very temperamental and it could take ages to get the key in. Have only used it a few times but this time, I really couldn't get the key on to take the lock off. Have needed to have the chain cut. Useless.
