Review: my son recommended this brand, his good friend is an amateur footballer and uses it himself its difficult to say that it is good for building muscle as I haven't used it for too long, but after drinking this protein drink, I feel it does give me something which improves my workouts

Review: It’s ok. A bit low on protein content if you compare it to the Amazon basics one but the flavour is good. However, it doesn’t mix as well in a shaker as well as the Amazon brand does. Needs a good electric blender to do it properly as bits of powder still evident in the mouth after a hundred good shakes. If you haven’t guessed by now, my next purchase is going to be the Amazon one again.
