Review: I'm not sure how to review this. What I received is very obviously a genuine, new, unused grey 11-speed Shimano double front derailleur, clamp-on, 31.8mm, as described. I was able to install it on my bike, and it works flawlessly. The derailleur itself is worthy of 5 stars. HOWEVER... What I received was JUST the derailleur on a shipping card along with an instruction leaflet, both loose in a shipping bag with no shipping peanuts or any other kind of padding. It was not in a box, and I received no spacer, no bolt, etc. I'm highly surprised that it wasn't bent out of shape (i.e., crushed) when I received it. I was only able to install the derailleur because I had the bolt from the old derailleur; if I had needed the adapter to install on a 34.9mm seat tube or if I'd have needed the bolt, I'd have been hosed. I guess my best advice is to go ahead and order this, but be prepared for some interaction with Amazon customer service if you need the extra parts (that are supposed to be bundled).
