Review: The seat post is not fit for purpose, the tension is adjusted by a threaded washer which screws into the bottom of the tapped inner of the seatpost. The instruction says "nut threads must be fully engaged," however there is no locking device and the washer becomes loose then drops into down tube, rendering the saddle insufficiently supported. Therefore it is necessary to remove the post & re-tighten after every ride. I suggest buying a better saddle & a pair of shorts with more padding before considering a suspension post.
