Review: Not quite sure what the reviews are having issue with regarding arm length of the rack, my arms fitted great for a horizontally level fitment with a further inch and a bit adjustment left in them. My bike is a 2022 Kona Sutra touring bike, 700c wheels, fitted mudguards and mechanical disc brakes. From reading the reviews I was rather concerned about it being too narrow or too short, turns out the fears were unfounded. It fits great. Entire fitment process was completed in under 10 minutes and now I have a solid rear rack ready to carry my kit on my commute. As a side note the 2022 version of the kona sutra comes with a front rack and the colour of the rear rack (black) seems to blend perfectly with the look of the bike. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Review: I bought 2 of these and fitted to a 700C wheel disc brake road/gravel bike and an old 26" wheel mountain bike. It fit both fine (see more details below). Total weight of the rack including bolts is 930g quite a bit heavier than advertised on amazon but it has a 35kg max weight so it should prove to be robust. I like having the lower rails on this rack so the panniers hang a bit lower and there is still plenty of room on the top of the rack. I use Ortlieb back roller city bags and they fit perfectly with the 11mm hook insert as this rack has 10mm tubes. My road bike needed longer Bolts for the rear dropouts as my bike only had a single eyelet hole for mudguards and rack. The extra width for the mudguard stays also meant the rack needed a small amount of bending so it wasn't too tight fitting. It came with 2 12mm and 4 15mm M5 bolts and 4 washers so I used 20mm bolts which I already had (20mm M5 A2-70 Stainless bolts). As previous reviewers have mentioned the adjustment rods are quite short and they were not quite long enough to get the rack perfectly level but I am happy with the result. The mountain bike was from the 1990's and had only holes at the rear wheel dropouts (no threads) so I had to buy some a2 stainless nyloc m5 nuts. They only cost £1.50 for a pack of 10. The rack fitted this bike perfectly with loads of room for adjustment.
