Review: I used to have a Bontrager rack that was very wide and thus the panniers sat far out on the bike. I wanted a slimline rack so purchased this one. The first one was returned as one of the bolts wouldn't tighten. The second one has gone on the bike fine after cutting down the support rails with a hacksaw (they were far too long for my Trek 54cm gravel bike). I'm not convinced about the rail supports. They are too fiddly in my opinion. The Bontrager has a much better mechanism: you passed the rail through, tightened the screw and that was that. On this Tortec rack, you tighten from the side and the top so there are more moving parts.
