Review: These st 1000 squat stands are great quality and although I bought them for squats I can just about on the lowest height setting use them for bench pressing and with a bit of figuring out use the spotting catchers if in trouble whilst doing so. Also great to be able to use catchers for heavy shrugs.Just 1 issue the spotters when set to my height whilst squatting are so low you would need to be a hobbit to get down that low and I'm only 6ft. Not a major issue as drilled new holes to suit took 2 hours to get spot on as had to measure up and drill a total of 4 holes to remedy now made to measure so other than that great product David Dean
