Review: I used this product for 2 weeks now with a training partner and we definitely have seen a difference. Most important for me was recovery and I used to get tired very easily after going to the gym and my body was occasionally sore. However, after a few days of taking this regularly, I saw an improvement in my energy levels after work out and throughout the day. I wasn't as tired and weak as I sometimes get after training. One of the best things was that my body wasn't hurting as well. It definitely increases energy as well. One of the main worries was the taste when buying this, However, it wasn't an issue and taste is perfectly fine.
